In seven years, Michael and Billy have built a life and have raised a son, eight-year-old Sean.  But the mid-morning disappearance and frantic twenty-four hour search for the boy uncovers Billy's former life and leaves him a suspect.  Has he paid for his crimes, his sins against nature, against children?  One of his victims, Hunter, now an adult in his mid-twenties and a happy and healthy gay man, believes that he has, and brings word of Billy's virtues and the positive impact the man had on his development.  Both men soon find themselves decoding the language of childhood sexual abuse and its devastating impact on bourgeoning identities.
